Free up the drip tape as best possible and put the open end downhill. This lets out water and air during rolling. Feed the tape through the tape guide and up into the rotor slot. Get the roll started slow, then mash the drill trigger. Pull the rotor and tape off of the frame and remove the tape. Secure and store.
